agentor is free during the beta and provided as it is. Consultants decide what their agents know and who may ask them, and are responsible for that content and for their clients' data. Free during the beta, and as it is
The service costs nothing during the beta. If that changes, we will tell consultants well in advance, and nothing will be charged without their agreement. We may change, limit or stop any part of the service, including the limits described in the docs. It is provided "as is" and "as available", without any promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
Answers come from the know-how
agentor runs no AI of its own. It finds passages in a consultant's know-how and hands them, with the agent's rules, to the client's own AI, which writes the answer. That AI may still misread or summarise wrongly, and the know-how may be incomplete or out of date. Answers are support, not professional advice on their own; for decisions that matter, confirm with your consultant. Each client's use of their AI tool is governed by that provider's terms.
For consultants
- You are responsible for what you put into your agents' know-how: you must have the right to use it, and it must not include secrets or other people's personal data you are not allowed to share.
- You invite only people who expect to hear from you, and you are the controller of your clients' data: you decide why it is processed, and we process it on your behalf as described in the privacy notice. On request we provide a data processing agreement.
- You keep all rights to your know-how. You give us only the permission we need to store it and show passages from it to the clients you invited.
For clients
- Your access exists because a consultant invited your email address, and lasts as long as they keep it. The questions you ask are visible to that consultant.
- Do not put secrets, passwords or other people's personal data into your questions.
Using it fairly
- Do not use the service for unlawful content, to send unwanted email, or to impersonate someone.
- Do not try to break, overload or misuse the service, its limits, its sign-in, or other people's agents, or to make an agent reveal know-how to someone who was not invited.
We may suspend access that breaks these rules, and remove content that is clearly unlawful.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Innovate d.o.o. is not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profit or lost data arising from the use of a free service, or for decisions taken on the basis of an answer. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence.
Ending
Consultants can delete their account at any time in the dashboard; that deletes their agents, know-how, clients and questions. Clients can remove their access at any time from their connect page.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. Disputes go to the competent court in Ljubljana, unless consumer law gives you the right to go to your own courts.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. We tell consultants about important changes by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
